Our History
Chamberlain Builders was founded by Brandon in 2004 after years of experience in framing and forming. What started as a passion for construction evolved into building and renovating homes, where Brandon and Marina discovered their shared talent for combining construction expertise with design creativity. Over time, their focus shifted toward specializing in building custom homes. Today, Chamberlain Builders is known for creating beautiful, high-quality homes across the South Okanagan.

Brandon Chamberlain
Brandon brings over two decades of hands-on construction experience to Chamberlain Builders. Starting his career in framing and forming, he developed a deep understanding of all structural elements. As the lead on all construction, Brandon’s passion for craftsmanship and his commitment to quality set the standard for every project. He stays up to date with advancements in building science and technology, ensuring that each home is as efficient, durable, and innovative as possible.
Marina Chamberlain
Marina leads the design process while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. She works closely with homeowners to understand their vision and collaborates with clients to bring ideas to life. Marina also helps clients navigate every aspect of the home building process, from budget updates to finish selections, tailoring her approach to each client’s preferences. Her organizational skills and design expertise ensure that every project feels stress-free for clients.
